Refund & Return Policy

At Sculpted, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, shapewear, bodysuits, undergarments, and intimate apparel that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had their hygiene seals removed cannot be returned.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused.
- It is in its original packaging.
- All tags remain attached.
- It is free from stains, odors, perfume, pet hair, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn shapewear
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the error was ours.
Exchanges
Where available, exchanges may be offered for a different size or color.
